How It Works

When you sign up to work with me, we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to talk about your current circumstances and goals. From there, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:


Step 1: Presence

You will start by slowing down, getting centered, and connecting to your authenticity.

Step 2: Awareness

You can only change what you are aware
of. You will notice and take inventory of
your thoughts, emotions, actions, habits, and patterns in several areas of life.

Step 3: Intention

You will get really clear on your vision
and what you want in your life.

Step 4: Compassionate acceptance 

You will learn how to accept and be at peace with your current circumstances and self.

Step 5: Alignment 

You will clear what no longer serves you including thoughts, habits, relationships, items. You will take action that supports your vision.

Step 6: Body

You will go through a checklist to make sure you are hitting all your basic physical needs: movement, nutrition, sleep, vitamin D, and water.
